The instrument is also equipped with three sturdy, metal footpedals which have the same capabilities as a traditional grand piano i.e una corda, sostenuto and damper control (with half pedalling support). With CASIO, small proportions do not limit your performance aspirations.
Connect your computer or smart device
The PX-870 includes a USB MIDI connection, meaning that it will connect seamlessly to your computer or smart device via USB, ready for use with any standard music software. This includes Casio’s own Chordana Play Piano app, free for iOS or Android devices. Control the piano settings from your phone or tablet, learn to play, read digital music scores and much more.
HEADPHONE MODE
Practising with headphones is very popular, so the PX-870 incorporates a new automatic Headphone Mode. This remixes the grand piano tone to better suit the binaural perception of the human ear, for a more natural sound when wearing headphones.
