Excellent service

I had purchased a new kala maple sunburst tenor from Lisburn music shop. After a week of playing, a rattle inside the body when playing any chord on the first 4 frets appeared. Quick jaunt in, James had a look and said to leave it with him. Him and a couple of the others and some man he named as a wizard, had a look and said after much deliberation that something wasn't right. They contacted kala and within maybe 2 hours of initially speaking to James, a new replacement was sent by kala. It arrived last night and i have just collected. Flawless service from the team in the shop, brilliant warranty and service from kala. From first complaint to getting the new tenor was about 5/6 days. Including the weekend.

From my experience with them I thought they deserved a good shout out and recognition.

Definitely recommend buying from these guys and shopping local.
