This pairing delivers a bright immediate tone with superb projection, Maple is a very dense hardwood, This makes it a good choice for live performance because the clarity of tone cuts through the mix well.
The perfect all-rounder, the No.3 has the same scale length as the Orchestra Model but body dimensions closer to a classic dreadnought. The larger body cavity naturally produces greater bass tones, but without sacrificing clarity, and that's the beauty of the Grand-Auditorium.
